Community Health Profile
A community health profile is a comprehensive compilation of information about a community.
The Profile is a living document, which is currently being updated and will include recommendations for action to address issues identified during the updating process. Anyone interested in participating in the process can attend monthly Health Council meetings, where we are currently focusing on the Health Profile updates.
